Project reports: progress, workload, and a status update that writes itself
Every project group has a Reports tab computed live from its board, Your Ark has a report of its own, and a short week summary arrives every Friday.
Arkscape1 min readEvery project group now has a Reports tab showing how the work is going, computed live from the group's Arkboard each time you open it. There is nothing to fill in or schedule.
What a group report shows
- Progress and deadlines: what got done, what is overdue, and what is due next.
- Workload by person, including assignments not yet accepted.
- Stalled cards: open, undated, and untouched for 14 days.
- Completed: everything finished in the period. Copy as text turns it into a status update you can paste into an email, grouped by day with who finished each card.
Choose 7 days, 4 weeks, 12 weeks, or your own dates. Admins and leads see the tab by default, and admins can open it to every member or hide it in Group settings.
A report for your own work
Open Reports from the ... menu on Your Ark to see your work across every group: progress, where your effort goes, your streaks, and what you've committed to.
Reports are included on every Business plan and on the Connect and Pro Personal plans. For group reports, the group owner's plan decides.

A short look back at your last 7 days, as a notification on Friday morning and an email in the afternoon. Open it any time from the ... menu on the Home page.
