Everything you need to know about Arkscape, project tracking for architects, designers, and engineers.
Arkscape is project tracking and team task management for architects, designers, and engineers. Your Ark holds your own tasks, notes, events, and projects, and a task you take on in a project group appears there as the same card, so the project plan and your own list never drift apart. Assigned work is accepted or declined on the record, overdue and stalled tasks surface on their own, and each project's report is computed live from the board. Around the work is a network of people in your field: post your projects, follow and learn from other people's work, and join the events they host. Your Ark also connects to AI assistants such as Claude and ChatGPT, which can read and update your board with your permission. Individuals start free, and the people you invite join free.
Your Ark is your tasks, notes, events, and projects in one place you own: the work you are doing, across every project group you belong to. The Arkboard is where you plan it, project groups link it with other people's Arks, and your profile shows the parts you choose to publish.
Architects, designers, and engineers, and the studios and firms they work in, from one person to about fifty. Individuals plan and run their own work, collaborate on projects, show their work, and connect with others in their field. Organizations track every project across their teams, with consultants and clients brought into the same project groups.
Arkscape is built for architects, designers, and engineers, and it joins the work with the field. Project tracking comes first: overdue and stalled work surfaces on its own, delegated work is accepted or declined on the record, and each project's report is computed live from the board. Around it, you post your projects, follow other people's work, and join the events of your field without rebuilding anything somewhere else. On a Personal account, your Ark stays with you across every client and project group you join. Business accounts are managed by their organization. Arkscape is not timesheets or fee tracking, and not a wiki, a CRM, or a database builder.
Yes. External project groups bring other organizations, freelancers, partners, and clients into the same board, discussion, and file space as your team. The people you invite join free with Personal accounts, so nobody outside your organization pays to collaborate with you.
Yes. Arkscape runs in the browser on desktop, tablet, and phone with a fully responsive design, so there is nothing to install. Native iOS and Android apps are on the roadmap.
Yes. Connect Claude, ChatGPT, or another app that supports MCP to your Arkscape account, and it can read your Arkboards, plan your week, and, if you allow it, create, update, and complete cards for you. You choose which Arkboards it can reach, your teammates see its changes labeled with your name and the app, and you can disconnect it anytime in Settings.
Individuals can start free, with paid plans from $10 per month. Business plans start at $25 per user per month, you included, with a 14-day trial. Add people as your team grows; storage and external groups pool across your business.
Yes. Independent professionals can use Arkscape on a free Personal plan with no card and no time limit. Business plans include a 14-day trial: you add a card at signup, nothing is charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel anytime.
Only the people you let in. Project groups are private by default, so tasks, files, and discussions are visible to members only, and you approve who joins. Public pages and profiles show only what you deliberately publish.
Yes. Upgrades apply immediately, with credit for unused time; downgrades take effect at your next renewal. Individuals who cancel a paid plan move back to the free plan; organizations that cancel keep access until the end of the billing period and can resubscribe later to restore full access. Your data stays either way.
