Repeating cards: daily, weekly, monthly, or on your own schedule
Any card can now repeat. The next one appears when you complete it, with the same notes, people, and boards, and only one is open at a time. Free on every plan.
Arkscape1 min readAny card can now repeat, so recurring work such as a weekly site walk, a monthly invoice check, or a yearly license renewal no longer has to be typed in again. Repeating cards are free on every plan, on Your Ark and on group Arkboards.
How to set it
Open the card's dates and choose Repeat: daily, every weekday, weekly, monthly, yearly, or a custom schedule such as every 2 weeks on Monday and Thursday. Under Ends, choose never, on a date, or after a number of times.
The next card appears when you finish this one
When you complete a repeating card, the next one appears at the top of the same column, due on the next date in the schedule. Only one is open at a time, so the board shows what is actually next, and a late finish skips ahead instead of leaving overdue copies behind.
The next card keeps the title, notes (checklists unticked), location, and people, and it appears on every Arkboard the last one was on. Nobody has to accept again.
To skip one occurrence, use Skip to in the card's menu. To end the schedule, use Stop repeating.
