Claude and ChatGPT can now work on your Arkboards
Connect Claude, ChatGPT, or another app that supports MCP to Arkscape. It reads your Arkboards, plans your week, and, only if you allow it, creates and updates cards, labeled as yours via the app.
You can now connect an AI app to your Arkscape account. Ask it what needs you this week, turn meeting notes into cards, or write this week's status update from what actually happened on the board.
It works with Claude, ChatGPT, and other apps that support MCP connectors. Connecting takes a minute: add Arkscape as a connector in your AI app with this address, then sign in to Arkscape when it asks.

Step-by-step setup for Claude, ChatGPT, and Claude Code
What you can ask
- "What should I work on today?" It reads your agenda: what's overdue, due today, due this week, and the requests waiting for your answer.
- "Turn these meeting notes into cards on the Harbor Rebrand board." It proposes the cards first and, once you agree, creates up to 20 at a time, in the order you gave them.
- "Write a status update for our group from the last 7 days." It works from the group's Reports: what was completed, what's overdue, what has stalled, and who is carrying what.
- "Tick off the first two items on the launch checklist card." Checklist items change without the rest of the card's notes being rewritten.
- "Accept the request from Anna." It can answer requests to be Responsible or to take part, with a reason if you decline.
Three ready-made prompts come with it: plan my week, weekly status update, and triage overdue cards.
You stay in control
- You choose what it reaches: all your Arkboards, or only the ones you pick. You can change this anytime in Settings, Connected Apps.
- Changes are optional. Turn them off and it can only read.
- Your teammates always know. A change it makes is recorded under your name with the app beside it, like "Completed by Maria Santos via Claude".
- It never overwrites newer work. If a teammate edited a card after the AI read it, the edit is refused and the AI reads the card again.
- It deletes only what's yours alone: cards you created that nobody else is on. Deleted cards stay in Recently Deleted for 30 days, and it can restore them.
- Its recent changes are listed in Settings, Connected Apps, and you can disconnect an app there anytime. Organization admins can turn AI apps off for everyone.
What it won't do
It won't ask anyone else to take a card on, take a card over from someone, step down from a card for you, or move a card between your Ark and a group. Apart from the discussion attached to a card, it doesn't read your posts, messages, or files, and it never sees anyone's email address.
