See what changed: card history, Arkboard activity, and a page for completed cards
Every card keeps a History of who changed what, every Arkboard has an Activity page, and completed cards have a page of their own for looking back and cleaning up.

Card history
Open a card and expand History to see who moved it, changed its dates or title, edited its notes, completed or reopened it, and who was asked to work on it and how they answered. A change an AI app made for someone reads "Maria Santos via Claude". Anyone who can see the card can see its History.
Arkboard activity
Open Activity from an Arkboard's ... menu to catch up on the whole board, newest first. Filter by today, 7 days, 30 days, or all time, and by person on a group's board. A pushed-back due date shows up here the day it happens, long before the card is overdue.
Completed cards
Open Completed cards from the board's ... menu to look back by month, one column at a time. The Ark's owner, or a group's admins and leads, can select completed cards and delete them together. Anything deleted can be restored for 30 days.
